Four Decades of Ethical & Forensic Scholarship

Vivekananda College of Law (VCL) was established in the year 1983 with the solemn vision of imparting affordable, values-centric, and high-caliber legal education to students from across Karnataka and the country. Situated in Gayathrinagar, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, the institution is governed by the renowned Janatha Education Society (JES).

Over the past 40 years, Vivekananda College of Law has developed into one of Karnataka's preeminent institutions of legal scholarship. It holds permanent approval from the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi and is affiliated to the Karnataka State Law University (KSLU), Hubballi.

The college adopts a progressive clinical legal curriculum that combines orthodox statutory jurisprudence with real courtroom practice. Through regular appearances in moot court competitions, client counseling simulations, Lok Adalat camps, and High Court chamber attachments, our graduates leave our halls as practice-ready advocates and judicial aspirants.
